Does Copiloto replace SMS in the US market?
Not today. Copiloto runs on WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud) as the primary channel, ideal for agencies serving Spanish-speaking and Latino clients, where WhatsApp adoption is universal. Email is our second universal channel for nurture and notifications. SMS is on the 2027 roadmap; if it is a hard requirement now, tell us so we can prioritize.
Who is this built for?
US real estate teams that serve Hispanic and bilingual buyers: Texas, Florida, Arizona, California, New York, Illinois. Agencies of 5 to 100+ agents handling high lead volume from Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, or paid Meta Ads who lose deals because the first response was slow or off-tone. Solo agents will find better fit with simpler tools.

Yes. Captei is an approved Tech Provider in the Meta Business Partner Directory, which means the WhatsApp Business Cloud API integration is official, with no risk of unofficial-bot bans, native templates, embedded signup for WABA, real-time tier and quality monitoring. We do not resell another BSP; we build directly with Meta.
How does Copiloto handle TCPA and CCPA?
Copiloto follows opt-in best practices: every contact captured via your channels (landing page, portal lead, ad campaign) requires prior express written consent before automated outreach. We honor opt-outs across all channels within 10 business days, log consent timestamps for audit, and let you scrub against the DNC registry every 31 days. The TCPA narrowed ATDS definition after Facebook v. Duguid means stored-list AI texting is generally outside federal ATDS, but state mini-TCPAs (FL, OK, WA, TX, OR, MD) still apply, and we surface those when relevant.
Can the AI speak Spanish and English on the same number?
Yes. The agent detects language from the incoming message and adapts mid-conversation. Same WhatsApp number, same brief structure, same CRM record. This is the killer feature for agencies whose buyer pool is bilingual: no separate setup, no dropped context.
Does Copiloto integrate with my MLS or portal?
We integrate with Zillow Tech Connect, Realtor.com Concierge, Homes.com via webhook ingestion. MLS integration is broker-specific; we pull listings via RESO-compliant feeds where available. Tell us your stack on the demo.
